Private Intuitive Life Coaching
Welcome to the first step into a life you love.
In these sessions, we will begin by building an environment where you are seen and safe to explore yourself deeply. Sessions will start with an intuitive reading, a series of conversations, and exercises to identify the needs and goals that you would like to fulfill in your time with us. Once your goals are established, we will develop a plan of action and dive into the process together.
Hasna’s Methods & Contributions
As your coach, Hasna will:
Provide a supportive, judgment-free environment in which you two may establish a foundational coaching relationship of integrity, trust, and authenticity.
Step into your perspective to provide personalized help and communication to speak to your mind, body and spirit.
Act as an experienced sounding board as you voice your needs, desires, challenges, and goals; will help you organize, recognize, and clarify your options and resources; and will help you map out concrete steps and timelines for achieving your goals.
Act as your accountability partner as you move forward with your plan of action.
Provide in-session tools such as meditations, visualizations, and breathing exercises, along with out-of-session assignments such as readings, podcasts, and videos in the interest of forward momentum and to help as you navigate the intricacies of life change.
Utilize methods such as non-violent communication, the Internal Family Systems Model, the GROW Model, and Neuro-Linguistic Programming to bring your goals closer.
Your Contributions
We ask that you:
Stay open and curious about the process.
Each session and exercise is a step down your path. Sometimes the steps will be small, your momentum hard to discern, and the finish line may appear further away than it is. Trust that you’re making progress even in these moments and keep moving forward.
Be open to and prepared for periods of emotional discomfort. Stay receptive to change, even when it feels challenging.
Be open to trying new things, be ready to embrace the possibility of “failure,” then be willing to try another new thing.
Have the ability to dedicate an average of 3 hours weekly (including coaching sessions) to the process.
